COVID VACCINATION
We are offering the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines.
Pfizer: Mondays & Wednesdays | Moderna: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
- 10 a.m. and 3 p.m
- We are only offering Moderna to 18 and older and Pfizer 12 and older at this time.
- We will not accept calls for COVID testing or vaccination. All information is here on the website. We are unable to handle the call volume. Please read instructions carefully.
- Insurance will be billed for the COVID Vaccine. If you do not have insurance or if we are not in-network for your insurance, the vaccine is free.

Click the button to “Log in with Athenahealth” if you are a current patient.
If you do not have an account, click the link to “sign up” below the blue login button; when asked, select any provider and “Highland Urgent Care” or “COVID Vaccine” as the location.
Select “COVID-19 Vaccine Initial or Subsequent” based on your need for a first or second dose in response to “I’d like to schedule a new appointment”
Click “Find Appointments”
What to do upon arrival
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes befor your appointment; patients will be seen according to appointment time.
Please bring your insurance card (if available) and ID. There is no cost for vaccinations regardless of insurance coverage.
You may be waiting outside for your vaccination, so please dress for the weather.
Second dose appointments will be made when you check-in for your first dose. Second dose appointments may be made no earlier than 28 days after dose #1.

There is very limited parking at our building. Please park on nearby surface streets (Fredrica, St. Charles, or Linwood) and walk in.
Check-in with a volunteer in the parking lot when you arrive (or at the front desk).
