We have RAPID Covid-19 testing through Quidel Sophia technology.

  • We do not test children younger than 6 months.
  • We will not accept calls for COVID testing questions. All information is here on the website. We are unable to handle the call volume. Please read instructions carefully.

You must register on our PATIENT PORTAL by clicking the button below

A computer is required to register. Registration will not work with a phone. 
All results will be reported through your Athena Patient Portal.

After you have registered on the Athena Patient Portal please proceed to Step 2.

EXISTING HUCFM PATIENTS: proceed to Step 2

If you are not using insurance please pay below. (Insurance cannot be used for the Antibody Test).

If you are using insurance please proceed to Step 3.

Come to the clinic for your test

No appointment necessary. Walk up directly to testing window. There is no reason to enter the clinic.

If you are using insurance and have completed Step 1, there is nothing else for you to do. Please come to the clinic for your test.

If you have completed Step 2, bring your emailed receipt to the clinic for your test. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. It will come from info@hucfm.com

Receiving Your Results

If you are not a current client you MUST register with The Athena Electronic Medical Record.

A computer is required to register. Registration will not work with a phone. 

All results will be reported through your Athena Patient Portal.

If you are positive you will receive a call within an hour.

If you are negative your results will be available by the end of the day within the Athena Portal. To view your results you must use a PC or Laptop, click on Patient Portal then go to My Health and click Medical Forms (NOT TEST RESULTS).
